Virtual Router is an open source Wifi Hotspot for Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 that is written entirely in C#.

With Virtual Router users can wirelessly share any Internet connection, whether that be Wifi, LAN, Cable Modem, Dial-up, or Cellular etc. with any Wifi device such as a Laptop, Smart Phone, iOS device or a wireless printer.

Devices connect to Virtual Router in the same manner in which they would connect to any other access point. The connection is completely secured using WPA2 encryption.
